Frequently Asked Questions

What if I lose my card?

Just request a replacement card through the app.  The first replacement card is free.

What if I want to buy something and I don’t have enough money?

Great question.  There are four options here.

  1.  You can save for the item and calculate how much you need to save each month to reach your goal on time.
  2. You can earn extra money, either from your parents by doing extra work or by getting another job.
  3. You can borrow the money from your parents (if you are a good credit risk).  The app can set up your promissory note and track your payments back to your parents.  This option may get your item sooner, but there are downsides.  Anytime you borrow money, you have to pay more back than you borrowed.  It is called interest and it is the price you pay to borrow someone else’s money.

How do I keep track of my account?

All of your transactions are accessible right in the app so you can monitor your spending and saving progress.
