Kidough (“Kidough,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) has prepared this Privacy Policy to explain what Personal Information we collect, how we use and share that information, and your choices concerning our information practices. Personal Information is defined as information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services, or applications even if they are accessible through our Services. Personal Information You Provide: We collect Personal Information when you create an account, interact with the Service, and communicate with us. The Personal Information collected when creating an account generally includes your name, email address, postal address, phone number, date of birth, and Social Security Number. You may also provide additional information in the course of signing up for and using the Service, such as bank account details for the funding account and login credentials. Personal Information We Collect Through Our Social Media Pages: Kidough Services may use social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn (“Social Media Pages”). When you interact with our Social Media Pages, we will collect Personal Information that you elect to provide to us, such as your contact details. In addition, the companies that host our Social Media Pages may provide us with aggregate information and analytics regarding the use of our Social Media Pages.
Personal Information We Receive Automatically From Your Use of the Service: When you visit, use, and interact with the Service, we automatically receive certain information about your visit, use, or interactions. You may opt out of receiving emails by following the instructions contained in each promotional email we send you. You can also control the marketing emails and/or text messages you receive by updating your settings through your account. In addition, if at any time you do not wish to receive future marketing communications, you may contact us. If you unsubscribe from our marketing lists, you will no longer receive marketing communications but we will continue to contact you regarding management of your account, other administrative matters, and to respond to your requests.

At any time, you can refuse to permit us to collect further personal information of a child by closing that sub-account or by calling Kidough Customer Service at 1-833-543-6844. If you close an account, we will mark the account in our database as “Closed,” but may retain personal information from the account to deactivate the account with our service providers, allow you to reactivate the Kidough account for some period in the future, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, prevent fraud, enforce the Terms and Conditions, or take other actions as required or permitted by law.
If you request that we delete your child’s personal information, we will delete as much information as we are legally permitted. Due to regulatory recordkeeping obligations, we may be required by law to retain some information associated with a closed account.
While we provide a Service for families, our Site is for promotional purposes only and is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 on our Site. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it.
